Day 42

Weigh-In Day. I'm at 145.8, so .2lbs gained, but that's just fluctuation, so I'm still okay with it. We've been sick (not bad, just...blech) so I haven't been working out, but I'm still trying to stay within 1200 calories/day. As soon as the pukey feelings go away, I really want to start jogging OUTSIDE. I'm already tired of the treadmill. ;)

  1. I hear you about the treadmill. Do you have it by a t.v.? The only way I can handle it is if I'm #1. watching the morning news or #2. watching an intense, exciting movie. Otherwise I crave the outside. I've gotten out of shape just because of winter! Don't worry, when spring and summer come, it'll be nicer and probably easier. Don't worry about fluctuations of a few pounds right now. Completely re-learning your eating habits does take time if it's going to last. Just keep making an effort. You're really doing awesome! What would you think about training for a half marathon or something (I think it's 13 miles)? It may get you more motivated. A couple of our YW did the one up here last year - and they did it by walking a mile, then jogging a mile, the whole time.
