Day 7

Breakfast: 8:20am (I need to eat right after I wake up, but this morning was hectic!)
2 packets peaches & cream oatmeal = 260 calories
water

Snack:

none

Lunch: 12:30pm
1 pizza hot pocket = 320 calories

Exercise: 2:00-2:30pm

Treadmill walk@ 3mph for 30 minutes
bottle of water


Snack: 4:30pm

1 almond granola bar @ 95 calories
